When we decided to sell the house at 76-848 California Ave in Palm Desert, Eva set up everything with great professional
methodology. We were presented an up-to-date market analysis from which we
selected a sale price. As the house was rented at the time, her
compassion in adhering to tenants time frame to move as well as seller's
time frame to close was notable. In addition, in all escrow steps to close,
we were kept informed as to progress, delays, our responsibilities and other requirements. During the escrow we were never in the dark at any time.
In closing, we would like to say that during our lifetime we have bought and sold numerous apartment buildings and houses yet have not dealt with a sales person of such honesty, integrity & attention to client feelings as Eva. It has been a pleasure dealing with Eva. She is, as we have said, very honest and very professional and that we can say is a rarity in the Real Estate profession.
